Integrate your web site and business graphics

ALL web design and graphic work is now billed on an hourly basis. The current hourly fee is $75.

Although we can approximate the amount of time a given site will take to construct based upon previous work we cannot predict the ACTUAL time involved with your site, It can take as little as one hour per page but it HAS taken up to 10-20 hours for VERY complex graphics. Some clients are extemely easy to please and trusting of the designer's eye. These sites get put together very quickly. So it has all to do with the "dance" between the designer and client.

Payment Arrangements

All work is paid for in advance with the exception of established clients. A $600. Retainer Fee is required to reserve design time for your project. This Fee is applied towards the first 8 hours of design time. We can accept payment by check, money order or PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

The Design Process

We ask that you send a "vision package" to us with all of your ideas for your project. This could include favorite color samples, art you are attracted to, cards you've saved, URL's of favorite sites, any original graphics or photos you would like included, and so on. This way we will get a feel for your taste. We also encourage you to visit other Avalon Arts websites and let us know your favorite pages. We will create a unique look for your site based on this information.
